How many do you guys recommend?
I'm going to get a GTS 450 or GT440
an LGA 1155 i3 or i5
and an H61 motherboard.
Also I have an old micro atx mobo, so is my case micro atx?

Last question,
Will an ATX or Micro ATX PSU fit in my case?

Solution
If you already have a micro atx motherboard then it's very likely that a micro atx psu will fit. You can always grab a ruler or something and check the measurements.
Your rig seems to draw little power so if it's from a good brand then i think 350 to 400 should be enough. If it's from a general brand go on the safe side. 500 at least.
