How many watts will I need for my PSU?

Anyone know how many watts I'll need for my PC, specs are listed below:
Processor - Intel Core i5 4670k
Graphics Card - XFX Radeon R9 280x
Motherboard - MSI H97 Gaming 3
RAM - Corsiar Vengeance Pro Red 8GB
Heatsink - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Hard Drive - Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Also this is my first gaming PC I'm going to build so could someone also say what type of frames to expect on games such as Arma 2 + 3 and DayZ, those sort of games.

A decent 500-600w power supply is ideal for your build. You can never go wrong with a Seasonic.

600 watts will be fine as long as it's a good 600W PSU. But if you really want 750 this is a ridiculous deal for a top 750W PSU if you're in the US:

750 Watts is total overkill .... and you won't stay on 80+ efficacity on IDLE with a 750 Watts PSU
I suggest 500/550 Watts

Honestly, you can run an R9 290, much less a 280x, on a good 600W PSU. My R9 290 is running on an Antec Neo Eco 620C (620W with 576W/48A on the 12V rail).
