I'm not on 11.

I can tell you that I've written 43 TB to my C drive in 7 years. That is roughly half on Win 7 and half on Win 10.

I'm a very typical user like you. No gaming.

Running about 15 hours a day, 7 days a week; circa 38,000 hours.

I think you would need to actually track it as every case would be different
Programs like HD Sentinal can track that for you.
My NVME has avg writes per day of 29088.99mb, average reads of 22165.80mb

My usage of pc is simlar to yours. I didn't move page file but I have 32gb of ram, I never use the page file.

orange circle just means it was active, i was wondering.
Samsung magician reports - my nvme had 13.9tb written in 15 months, but really, only been on Windows 11 for 3 months of that time.

if you ran https://www.hdsentinel.com/ in the background since its got a monitor function, it would tell you what your averages are

This is not something you even need to be thinking about. You will be replacing that SSD with a larger one LONG before you ever even come close to the write limit, no matter what OS you're running.
That is true, but some people still might want to know how.
I don't always ask why someone wants to know, I just give them the answer..
