How many years will my PC last for gaming?

Hi.
I bought this PC 3 years ago:

- Intel Core i7 920 @2,66GHz
- 6GB Ram DDR3 (Corsair)
- Sapphire HD5850 1GB
- Asus P6T SE Socket 1366
- 500GB hard drive, SATA II

It still runs all games fine, like, hitman absolution's benchmark with this options: http://i.imgur.com/lTANV.jpg
Runs @25fps, but..

When will this PC stop running these high-end games at an acceptable framerate (low-medium quality at full-hd)?
It will run them for at least 2-3 years more, right?
