Question How may I edit my fan curves to make my computer more silent?

I want to make my computer almost entirely silent but ready for gaming at a moment's notice; I hope to get at least decent temperature's at most (25-30c) on idle and I wanted to know how I could edit my NZXT Cam software to do so.
