And also do I need to buy extra power cables for the gtx 1050ti oc or does it get power when it's clipped in?

Also do I need to uninstall Intel graphics drivers before I install the gtx 1050ti

Single fan cards like the 1050Ti are perfectly fine, unless you plan to overclock or want higher boost clocks its fine.
