The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550Ti, destroys the AMD Radeon HD 7730 by over 30% in all areas. The AMD Radeon HD 7730 is also very hard to find and practically unavailable everywhere! Some are sometimes available with an upgraded GDDR version but you can probably find a couple on EBay for much cheaper prices than the 550Ti.

Despite all of this, these cards have terrible value when sold by trustworthy retailers. You should buy a later generation NVIDIA card (probably the latest generation) for greater value.

But wait! The 550Ti has only 1GB of VRAM which many games overflow on medium settings so you will probably have to run your games on low - very low settings to achieve a playable game, but really this knowledge is practically useless, as the Radeon 7730 with 4GB of VRAM has a worse performance overall as the poor performance of the NVIDIA card, renders any card below it's standard usually inadequate to modern games.
