OCing with stock cooler will never be recommended. I would not even try.
OCing result is unique for each processor, yes, even from the same type e.g. among R5 1600.

Basically, I'm consider in buying tge coolermaster hyperevo 312 in the future but I will start overclocking with the stock one.How much clock frequency can I get atleast?
You can take a 1600 right upto 4.1ghz on the wraith spire if it will do it at decent voltage & ypure happy running 100% fan speed under heavy loads.
As said you dont want to be using auto voltage , 99% of ryzen chips will do 3.8ghz with a voltage of around 1.36 max.
A lot of chips wont go past that 3.8ghz limit anyway.
