How much can I expect to get with an 1600 with an ASRock B350 Pro4?

I plan on buying a build with a Ryzen 1600 and an ASRock B350 Pro4 mobo. How much of an overclock can expect (with stock cooler)? Also, any recommendations for a better motherboard if possible?

Solution
There's not a lot of OCing headroom on Ryzen chips, regardless of the board used - especially while using the stock cooler.
3.8GHz maybe..... and that's if you luck out and don't have to use much additional voltage.

The difference between a basic B350 and a higher end X370 board has been negligible from what I've seen (although the same OC can be achieved, the X370 boards could do it with a little less voltage).

Between B350 and X370? True. But it's not like one is at critical temps vs the other totally safe - while B350* may be a little higher on the VRMs as a whole, with the fairly limited headroom, it's not exactly problematic.

*B350's in general at least. I'm sure there's a poor B350 in the bunch, and a very good one. One that really should be an A320 and one that could arguably be X370 class. Haven't found them yet, but that's usually the case.
