How much can I lower the Vcore Voltage ?

I have an i5 4690k OCd to 4,2 GHz, its stable and the Vcore voltage is set to 1,115.
Im wondering how much am I allowed to lower this voltage ? Is it bad if I put it too low, or should I go ahead and and find the lowest stable voltage ?

If it is stable you shouldn't lower voltage, because it will cause instability.

so what now, should I or shouldnt I ? btw., in my UEFI, left from the Vcore voltage , it reads 1.100V, is that the stock voltage or ?

There is really no such animal as 'stock voltage' these days.
