[SOLVED] How much can i OC my i5-9600k?

I will get to my BD a new pc, with i5-9600k and GTX 1060 6g, the question is how many Ghz i can take with this system: (sry for bad english)

CPU: Intel Core I5-9600k
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060 6gb g1 gaming
Cooler: Arctic freezer 12
MB: MSI z390 tomahawk
Memory: hyperX fury 2x8 gb 2400 hz

Impossible to say, depends on Silicone lottery (binning), cooling and MB itself. You'll just have to experiment. I have seen them run at 5 - 5.3GHz.

Last time I checked GTX1060/CPU benchmarking, it only required an i5-7400 or so to fully saturate a GTX1060; odds are overclocking the processor would not substantially affect framerates anyway.

5GHz is where I'd set it and forget it. Another couple hundred MHz isn't worth it.

4.8 is usually achieved 100%.
5.0 is already into silicon lottery zone
