How much can i oc on a budget MB

I want to buy a MB with a i7 7700k something of budget like this GIGABYTE GA-Z270X-Ultra Gaming , and i want to know exist OC limits i mean i need a expensive MB to can oc my i7 at the max potential ? (sorry for my bad grammar)

I would say, the only thing on motherboard that can limit CPU OC would be poor number of power phases. Since weak VRM will limit stability on higher OC, the more power phases board has, the better it will be for high overclock. The Gigabyte you listed has 7, so not great. However, I think, in case of 7700k, the cooling solution is more of a limiting factor rather then motherboard quality. Just my 2 cents.

That's a pretty decent mobo IMO, not something I'd consider "budget". Your max overclock will probably depend more on your cooling and/or silicon lottery than on your mobo.
