How much can I overclock my CPU?

Dont know the name of my PSU but atleast i know its 500W


CPU: AMD phenom II x2 560

GPU: GTX 680

RAM: 8gb DDR3

Motherboard: GA-880GA-UD3H

Edit: Ive once gotten up to 3.9GHz but after 3 hours i get a bluescreen, and i once had it at 3.8 but when i restarted it went back to 3.3GHz

i need to know what voltage is good for like 4GHz or 3.9GHz or something around that

4.3-4.5Ghz is possible on them but it varies from chip to chip and cooling.
Would be good to know what PSU - if it is a lower end one I don't recommend overclocking.

Dont overclock it will be the same 3-4 max fps more.
You are just reducing cpu life nothing else.

if you want better preformance buy AMD Phenom II X4 955 or something like this.

That CPU usually needs around 1.4-1.5 to be stable at 4Ghz.

how much should i increase i decrease
for 3.7 and so on? my goal is to get to 4GHz
and i have a Phenom II x4 965 on the way right now.

I also need to know when to stop. if its to much
