How much can I overclock?

I have a gtx 760, and an AMD fx 8350 8-core CPU. I also have a cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler. Up to how many ghz will I be able to overclock it while not going in the "overheat zone"? And will it make a difference in my games? I play skyrim on ultra at 1080p (8GB Ram, gtx 760). Will overclocking the CPU make a difference?

really the 8350 stock is a beast. i dont know the spicifics but with the evo you should be able to overclock a littlebite. but really the gtx 760 is a good card and the 8350 is a beast and for gaming overclocking wont really help that much. if you get it up to 5 ghz it will only give you like 19 extra frames.

19 frames is a lot actually, but do you think my cpu cooler will handle it?
