How much can I sell this custom built computer for?

I built this computer back in the summer, it has been used sparingly for Minecraft and various indie games. I would sell it with no operating system and it could come with the excess modular cables for the power supplies.

I put in about $1200 and am hoping to make at least $200.

Sorry that system is not worth anything close to $1400, considering you can build a comparable rig(performance wise) new for ~$700-$800. Being used I'd say the system is worth $600-$700.

The best thing to do would be to, put it on craiglist for the price you want to make a profit with, and look for some buyers. People always want to buy used stuff. You are asking the wrong crowed for pricing as we all own nice built computers, and would never touch used stuff. But yea just put it on craiglist, whats the worst that can happen?

If you buy an OEM copy of windows. Install it. And fulfill your obligations as a "system builder" in the OEM licence, the machine could theoretically be sold for ~$1000+. This means you need to provide a reasonable level of support for the machine after the sale. The machine also better be assembled to professional standards with good cable management, and all of the spare accessories neatly stowed inside the case.

Maybe 600-700 if you are lucky. I've got maybe 500-600 in a system that is comparable. Selling computer parts is usually a losing proposition imo.
