How much can i undervolt my cpu

Hello sir can you help me, My Laptop is overheating And i cant fix my laptop this week because i need it for school project and i want to undervolt my cpu to decrease the heat with amd overdrive but how much CPU VID Can i get?

On that first picture it looks like CPU fan is not turning.

As said above it looks like your CPU fan is not working. No amount of undervolting is going to help a CPU with no fan stay cool. Dust may have built up to the point were it's blocking the fan and it cant turn or it just died and needs to be replaced.

Your GPU is very hot as well if it's at idle in that screenshot. I would avoid using that computer until you fix the fan, you will cause damage eventually at those temps.
