Solution
FedEx will run you around $330 USD. Using Amazon's Global Shipping, to Saudi Arabia, it should be $50 or slightly less. Depends on the actual weight, but those are good ballpark figures.

So, amazon's global shipping will cost 50 dollars and fedex will be 330 usd ? WTF , The weight is 7kg or something

It depends on lots of things. I have shipped a couple of computers and in general $50 3-5 Business Days US - Mail is fair. IT goes up from there. Priority mail is a little more and if you have to ship over seas there are customs costs and other costs involved. Should always disclaim your shipping with USA only shipping. Good luck.

Buying a pre- built computer will be way more expensive , and it sucks !

I just worked up an order for the items you listed, minus the mobo, and the shipping cost to Riyadh (I used the address for the Marriott Hotel) would be $30.63 using AmazonGlobal Standard Shipping (10-14 business days). For some reason Amazon won't ship motherboards to Saudi - I'm guessing it's either technology-transfer restriction or a warranty restriction but it could be something else entirely.

Thats exactly what I meant 😛

I literally saved around 1500-2000 SGD when I built my enthusiast grade computer.

Is that positive or a negative? *confused*
Well, it will be even more expensive for shipping it from the US(Amazon).

Positive , but now i know that when it's shipping to saudi arabia it costs around 600 riyals , but the parts are way more expensive than that of amazon , so i think that am going to order from amazon instead because it'll be cheaper
