Hello!

Well the title says it all. but i'd like to know how much i can do with my pc right now, before buying anything!

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 100ME 2GB

Regarding streaming the processor will reveal great performance, its the perfect choice. With your current setup you will pretty much be able to run any of those games on the highest settings but with fluctuating frames-per-seconds which will give under 60 FPS when the VRAM is pushed. The 980 will ensure +60 FPS on highest settings and 1080p or 1440p in any of those games - it will especially prove to be a wise partner with the 4790K when you are streaming in high quality.

Hope it helps.
You must change a couple of things for vastly better performance, granted this is a gaming PC.

Buy i5-4690K instead of the i7 and save a hundred bucks. Use that money on a GTX970 instead of a 960 which is not justified considering your choice of processor. Board is decent so no need to change that, though I personally prefer Z97-A. Then add either XFX XTR 550W PSU or EVGA B2 750W PSU if you wanna add another GPU in the future.

This will vastly improve performance.

I already got the stuff, im gonna upgrade the gpu as i stated in the post. Before i buy any games i'd like to know what i can handle with this setup!

i'm gonna buy a 980 by the way

Oh, well you wrote: but i'd like to know how much i can do with my pc right now, before buying anything!

So I thought you haven't bought anything yet. Anyways, your PC is decent. You got an absolutely amazing CPU with a not so amazing GPU and a - could be better - power supply. Adding a 980 will vastly improve performance. In my subtle opinion, having a 4790K with a 960 is not doing the processor justice, but as I said adding that 980 will be the correct choice. I would also buy the aforementioned XFX XTR 550W PSU or a Seasonic G-series PSU when you get the 980. I must stress it is not necessary to buy a new PSU, but I recommend it. The OEM for the CM PSU is CWT who makes some good products sometimes, I would not take the change personally however.

Hope it helps.

Rigtig god strømforsyning, kan se du er svensk, hehe. Jeg er dansk. Anyways, if you get the 980 with that PSU you have really made your rig so much better. That PSU will leave room for overclocking the CPU and GPU as well.

Tell me what games you like to play and I will tell you how your current setup will perform against your upcomming setup.
