You've got an odd mixture of parts. Newish APU, but with Ryzen it's likely not in big demand as a $130 4C/4T Ryzen is a better CPU (than the APU but just the CPU part as you don't use the iGPU anyway). PSU is way overkill. Doesn't hurt, but doesn't really help much.

The RX-480 helps, but used parts drop a lot so... I think my estimate might be close.
