How much did the 4820K cost when it came out?

I7 4820k was priced at 323 usd at its original release.
I7 5820k is expected to be sold at 400 usd. Note that all indications point to the i7 5820k to be a six core processor thus more expensive.

Just one more question, how much will you expect 8 or 16GB of DDR4 ram to cost, and how much will the motherboards (x99 entry-level) and (x99 high-end) cost when they are released?

DDR4 RAM will cost same as very high end DDR3 RAM ($250 for 16GB or so).
Entry level X99 will cost same as high end Z97 ($200 or so).
High end X99 will cost above extreme enthusiast level Z97 ($350 or so).
