Maybe, depends on a multitude of factors.

I don't recommend OCing memory beyond its rated speed. The few FPS you "might" gain in a game is offset by the potential increase in overall system instability. Others have been successful OCing memory well beyond the rated speeds, but it can be very "hit or miss".
