How much difference two diff RAM sticks make on gaming

Hi guys, i wanted to know the performance difference between two memory sticks (of same capacity but diff brand, frequency etc) while gaming. Because i use a low- end Adata 8gb ddr4 2133mhz ram stick for gaming. My motherboard supports upto 2666mhz. Is it worth to get a better stick or are the differences negligible?

Mobo: gigabyte b250m ds3h
Psu: antec vp 450
Gpu: asus expedition gtx 1050 oc

What matters the most is the lack of dual channel configuration when using a single kit. Frequency doesn't really matter that much on Intel platforms. Differences are negligible

In that case what's the advantage of high end gaming memory sticks by top brands? Is the single vs dual channel difference worth enough to upgrage?

high-end gaming memory is the worst value per dollar spent. Stick with stock speed memory and put the rest of the money towards a faster Video Card or CPU. If you've got extra money to burn, then go for the high end gaming memory to squeeze out that extra few percentage points in gain.
