how much power can my rig consume..

thanks for ur reply..
it shows 463w..
do i need 463w or above ups for my rig... because i have intex ups Protector 725(600VA/360W Capacity).but when power goes off my pc is going to shutdown suddenly..(sorry for my english)

Your UPS can only give 360w, and the computer needs 463w according to your calculations, hence the system has to shut down.

So yes, you need a new UPS of about 500w.

I don't think that this rig will consume 463watts,but more like 200/250watt when gaming. But with that number in mind and the specs here,
http://www.theitdepot.com/details-APC+Back+UPS+800VA+%28BE800-IND%29_C37P19890.html
should this not be enough since it's a 400watt ups.I'm not familiar with an ups so can only look at it from a logical point of view, but that shouldn't be enough. If i'm wrong then i'm sorry and please explain why so that i learn from this.

400w is cutting it a bit too close. You should always be using only about 80% of the total capacity for maximum efficiency and for stability hence 500w is about right.

EDIT: You suggested the same one as I did, and that one is 480w not 400w.

This is an FX8320 we are talking about. It takes 125w to run.

I just copied your link for my remark,it's not a recommendation. In the specs it says 400watts for that one.

Output
Watts 800VA/400Watts

It can take 125watts,that doesn't necessarely mean it really uses that much.
