How much extra power dose my gaming pc need

Ok I'm customising a gaming build and I have two options 650 W & 750 W the base power of my pc needs is 630 W. Which amount should I pick?

Try to build it yourself, the PSUs companies give you as part of prebuilt PCs aren't usually of good quality!
