Question How much faster is an RTX 4090 compared to an RTX 3080?

its about 70% faster at 4k. 50% faster at 1440p

Night and day. It blows the doors off the 3090… 😂

Oh wait… you said 3080. Total annihilation.

i thought he said 3080 as well, yes... its not even close

its twice as fast as a 3080 TI - https://www.hardwaretimes.com/nvidia-rtx-4090-vs-rtx-3080-ti-benchmarks-which-gpu-is-better/

I believe that no further explanation is necessary... 😛 😉 👍

Hahah... and I'll just chime in and say I've started to benchmark my new 7950x3D/4090 system and am seeing in some cases a 75% improvement over the 10900k/3090.

Insanity.
It sure is. I remember looking at it and thinking to myself "I don't even pay that much for an entire system". Then I saw the performance numbers and my jaw was in my lap.

Insanity is the perfect word for it. 😀
