You can defiantly see a difference between 30fps and 60fps. 30fps is fine if you can keep it stable at 30fps and nothing below it. Like for an example, If you are playing a game and you get 30fps....until you get into some graphic intensive action, and your frames will drop resulting in lag. But "Is there a diffrence between 50 and 60fps? Well, yes.... 10fps. But is that 10 fps really noticeable? No.

In the end, anything above 30fps is good and no lag will be noticeable.
Only 30fps is really pushing it though.

Good luck!

You are right, 28-30 FPS is fairly playable, but not recommended for a good gaming experience. Anything below that will lag noticeably.
And No, there is not much difference between 50 and 60 FPS. Still as 60 being the higher number (Obvio), It gives the perfect gaming experience. Anything above that is poetry in motion.

The eye can perceive differences above 30fps, it is just a myth that we can't. The eye doesn't have a limit on how many frames we can see because we don't see in frames, but rather a constant stream. The reason that we need higher FPS for gaming than watching movies is that movies have blur in the frames which creates fluid movement, where as games produce sharp images. Most people consider ~25-30 fps the minimum for gaming, below that we start to really notice individual frame which looks like stuttering. You can see the difference between 50 and 60fps, but obviously it is not as severe a difference between 30 and 60. For modern games, higher frame rates tend to translate to more natural looking movement. There are people who can tell the differences above 60fps, but this really seems to be the point of diminishing returns.

This is very subjective. Some people can discern higher frame rates, while others can't.
Most people consider ~60 FPS to be preferable. This is especially true since most monitors can only display up to this.
For lag, most people say at least ~45 FPS for non-discernible lag.
For the 50-60 difference, I personally wouldn't notice in-game. Others might though.
Most people can definitely see more than 30 FPS. Though its true that eyes don't work in FPS, we can still tell the difference between frames at different rates. This varies among people, and what they are used to. For example, I've known people who were used to 60FPS for a while, then go to a 144Hz monitor at 144+ FPS and can't tell the difference. Then, if they go back to the 60 FPS after a while they would complain about horrible lag.
Another example is fighter-pilots. There have been studies done that show that they can identify an aircraft hidden in 1/200th of a frame (I think I got that right, it was at least 200 anyways. I can find the source if you wish.). This means that they would be able to discern 200 FPS.

thanks so there is no noticeable difference between frame rates upper than 30 fps?

yeah that explains every thing thanks alot

30 fps is playable 60 fps is preferred. But it is also important to note which games you play. Most 3rd person, single player action games, like tomb raider, GTA and splinter cell will be just fine with 30 fps. Competitive games like FPS, MOBAs and fighting games are best at 60 fps.

No problem, if you have any other questions feel free to ask.

Well, you can see a tad difference with frames higher than 30fps, it's just be a bit smoother. But 30fps is lag free are pretty much all you need to enjoy whatever you will be doing.

Good luck,
