how much fps should I be getting

GTX ASUS OC DUAL 1060
8gb ram

I get around 60 or more on most games I play like Senua's Sacrifice but I have to go to a lower settings instead of high settings.

What are the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the games?
What screen resolution?

well I just played Destiny 2 for about 20 minutes and my temp is at 48 degrees. 1080p.
