It's not. Used I7s with boards are around $300-350. Here is a used board and CPU I can buy right now for $310

You can't look at newegg prices and expect to get that. New parts come out all the time, and the 6600K and 6700K have brought the price of your 4770K down. Why spend $300+ on a 4770K when that will get me a brand new even more modern CPU? I agree with the above, somewhere around $800-1k.

maybe 800-900. good stuff, but I mean the GPU is only a 770. if it was a 970 then it would be a good 900-1000 ish. the 770 is only worth 150$ nowadays. its like a power hog of a GTX 960

can't be 100% sure though. could end up being slightly more or less

edit: with the monitor it would be a good 1000-1200 ish. Haven't sen the monitor. the top is only for hardware parts. monitor doesn't loose much value. when you got a good 200-250$ monitor

yes but the CPU+monitor alone is 500 worth at today's prices, for all the rest only 400 ? maybe I should sell it by pieces?
