I'm prepare to buy a PC for 3d modelling. However, in my nation, a combo of i7-4790k more expensive than i7-3770k nearly 200$.

So, I wonder how much CPU i7-4790k better than i7-3770k in 3d modelling work? Is it really worth for that price?

Thank you for helping. ^^

You're comparing a 4th gen to a 3rd gen Intel i7 processor. Both are different platforms and architectures. Mind if I ask what you're entire system specs look like? You're not just buying a processor to runt eh system, rather the other parts to give you a system/package.

List your specs for both, like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Another thing you may want to consider is some bench marking, which of course you need to take with a grain of salt due to how it's done. When looking at some of these charts, consider if it was done for gaming, rendering, audio etc. For example, 7 days to die may run like a pile of garbage even on an i9-9900k + 2080TI because it's poorly optimized but something like Logic might run well even with 64 tracks running at once, even with half the computing power.
