How much internet does gaming use

Hello,
For the second time in a row I actidentially went over our internet limit. My dad bought our family 25 more gbs of internet for the next one and a half week. I know pictures and streaming use a lot of internet but I wonder how much internet online games use. Also how much discord uses. If you would need to know the games I play, here they are:
Paladins
COD: IW
COD: MW
CS:GO
Heroes and Generals

best test ? open manager and look at % of network usage. then you will have:
144 MBPS (N network speed on good range etc) used at 13%

use this and you will get approximation. expect ~1-5 G per h, but its a guess
