how much is gtx 950 general consumption?

hello, im about to buy the 750ti or gtx950 for occasional gaming, if i understand the consumption of gtx950 is 90w in a full charge under gaming, is this correct? so how much will comsuption just in my daily activitis (whiche is that i will do most of the time)like watching a movie, browsing or using youtube? thx

the PCIe slot will provide up to 75 W but most graphic card only use less than 10W from PCIe. 8 pin PCIe connector will supply 150W, so check your PCB is it single 8 pin, 6pin or 8 pin + 6 pin
