basically you are looking at a similar system with i5 8400, 1060 3gb and a screen, windows. new is about $850. let's take 20% off as depreciation (usually its much higher with electronics)

you get 850* 0.8 = 680

plus maybe 100 for the monitor and $50 for keyboard and mouse.

adding everything up, you get about $830. you can ask for $850 or $900 and give yourself some haggle room.
