How much is my desktop worth?

I'm trying to sell my desktop that I built myself on craigslist so I can get a laptop instead, what do you think is a good price for it?
Specs:
CPU: i5-3570k with coolermaster hyper 212 evo
GPU: EVGA GTX760 SC with ACX cooling, 2GB
RAM: 8GB DDR3
PSU: Corsair TX850M
HDD: 1TB 7200 RPM hard drive
ASRock Z77 Extreme-4 mobo
Tp-link network card
Writemaster CD Drive
NZXT Phantom Full Tower
Windows 7 Home Premium

I built it in march for around $1200, and I'm including an Asus VX238 monitor that I bought for $150 with it.

You won't get full value back on it, but you could ask $1000, and let it go for around $800. If you are going to include the monitor as well, you may get $900 if you ask $1000.

It won't sell quick in some areas. Someones trying to sell a similar build for 600 around here, with watercooling and a sabertooth motherboard. If he wasn't too far I'd pick it up myself,
