Hey, I have built a custom PC and I no longer use it for gaming as I have a netbook for browsing the internet. The specs are..
Processor: AMD FX 4100 3.6ghz quad core
RAM: 8gb 1333mhz
GPU: nvidia geforce 9600 gso xfx
500w PSU
4 fans (processor fan included)
Red sautrn case
And I'm about to install fan controllers for 3 of the 4 fans. Thanks.

The system is 6 months old and it's running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.
