So I am building a new rig and a friend is wanting to buy my current PC. How much should I ask for? The PC will come with a fresh copy of Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit installed on it.

That would be everything he gets. I'll be putting a fresh copy of Windows on it for him as well.

If I'm gonna sell a PC, I usually use this formula but because it's your buddy you might want to give him a deal. Up to you

(original cost * (0.6 - (0.1 for every year of use)))
