Here's what you'd look at if you'd buy your PC as brand new, with few exceptions:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Motherboard: Asus - H81M-K Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($89.99 @ Newegg Marketplace)
Memory: Kingston - 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($60.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Micron - 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($47.00 @ Amazon)

Exceptions
* didn't find the very same MoBo on sale, so took the 2nd best one.
* also, didn't find Offtek RAM, so picked 2nd best one as well.
* not sure if you can buy the PC case separately since it comes with prebuilt system. But 10 bucks for it is a fair price.
* PSU has unknown brand and it's made in China. Without any other proof (reputable review), PSU is considered crap quality with 0 value. (PSU's are guilty until proven innocent.)

With all that said, price reduction from brand new prices is at least 50% if not more. Ideally, you could ask up to $210 for your PC but in reality, $100 would be fair price for such a old and low performing system that even doesn't have a dedicated GPU in it.
As where to sell it, that's completely up to you but Ebay and Craigslist are the ones with the biggest user base when it comes to the 2nd hand stuff.
