How much is this CPU+MOBO combo worth?

How much would be this combo worth, in decent condition? AMD Phenom x4 965 CPU + MSI 870A-G54 and Zalman CNPS9700-NT
And is it worth buying? With GTX 750 TI it runs Fallout 4 in medium settings 60fps and that's all I want to play, and mostly I would you it for work.
Right now I have Intel E5300 CPU with old motherboard and 4GB ddr2 ram, and It's not good for gaming anymore, so is it worth upgrading to AMD?

Kind of an old CPU, how much are you paying? Or a better question, how much are you willing to spend?

GTX750Ti is fairly new, and the price has gone down a little with the release of the GTX950.

He ask me 60Euros, still not sure, if I want to buy it, because right now only advantage would be gaming, and I think it's not worth just for games, and I think I will just buy better and newer parts when I get more money.

Sounds suspicious at that price actually. Do you have verifiable pictures of it functioning? ie a time-stamped picture with a user name that matches the person selling it?
