It is a Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X OC 4GB GDDR5 PCI-Express (card only without original box)

without an original box you could probably sell it at a discount, but the buyer has no way to know that it hasnt been overclocked to death, so you might need to craigslist it and show that it runs in a computer . . .
