How much longer will the original ipad mini last?

A few months ago, I dropped my ipad mini and the screen cracked. And just recently i thought about replacing the screen. So I'm wondering if it's worth it, will the original ipad mini still be good enough for watching videos and playing games for a while?

iPad Mini 1 has a A5 CPU. Its equal to the iPad 3 in CPU power. I use an iPad mini 1 for youtube every day and it lags a little when i type but it is still a great tablet.

To repair the screen it will probably cost around $30 and if I was to replace it I would probably purchase another ipad for $300-400

Fix the screen, ipad mini is still very capable for many things.
