How much minimum watts do i need to overclock AMD's R7 250?

Hey it's been a while i have bought R7 250. I think of buying new GPU but i don't have that much money. So i'm thinking of overclocking it.
But what is the minimum watt that is needed for overclocking that?
My spec-
CPU- i3 4th gen
RAM-4 gb
GPU- R7 250 1gb ddr4

What PSU do you have? That's a low end card, don't expect miracles from it, at most you'll get maybe 1-5fps increase.

Any OC on that card wouldn't appreciably add to total wattage. Don't need any special power. 5w tops more load.
