So I have an AMD APU and I read somewhere that they feed a lot from more and faster ram. So how much of an improvement in FPS would I get if I buy another stick of 4gb ram? I really want to play Planetside 2 but I think I need more ram.

Here are some benchmarks for games I play.

League of Legends (FPS SAME ON ANY SETTINGS):
MIN: 30
AVERAGE: 50
MAX: 80

CS:GO (LOW SETTINGS):
AVERAGE: 50

PLANETSIDE 2 (ULTRA LOW):
IN BATTLE: 10
WARPGATE/SPAWN: 50

SPECS:
PC: HP NOTEBOOK 15-ba042nr
CPU: AMD A10-9600P QUAD-CORE 2.4ghz (3.3 turbo)
GPU: AMD RADEON R5 INTEGRATED 128MB VRAM (up to 4.25)
MEMORY: 1x4GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (+ 4GB Later, I have one extra memory slot and pc supports up to 16gb)

EDIT:
Here is the model of the current ram stick in my PC:

Here is the model I am planning on buying:

Can I pair these two ram sticks up? , they are different brands but the specs all look exactly the same..

Solution
Memory manufacturers guarantee the rated speed and timings of any memory to be obtainable only in the kit it is sold in. If you are adding an additional memory, the rated speed and timings may not work or the PC may not be able to boot up.

If adding extra memory you may need to slow the memory clock speed, relax the timings or increase voltages to get the memory to work. This is why adding extra memory is not recommended.

So I used the Crucial Memory Scanner and it said the ram stick was compatible, so was it wrong ?
