How much of a bottleneck will i get using Xeon x3470 with gtx 970?

Hi,

How much of a bottleneck would i get? im going to use the xeon just for 2-3 months which would be when i would upgrade my cpu+motherboard. And the other question is, is the gaming going to be playable at 1080p max settings?
