How much of a difference is there between these SSDs?

Looking to pick up one of the following just for my OS and programs:

But I only see a difference in naming and price, what is the actual speed difference? Anything I'd notice?

You're right! Stupid google referred me to the ultra plus when I searched for Pulse....

Ultra plus is faster at most things
