so i order some parts at 4am with out doing much research i odderd Kingston HyperX Fury Red 8GB t - 2x 4GB, DDR3 1866MHz,

AMD A10-6800K 4.1GHz Quad-Core APU/Gigabyte F2A58M-HD2 mATX MB Bundle

vs my old q6600 2.4ghz xfx 680i lt and msi gtx 460 hawk and 4gb 800mhz ddr2

yeah that seems alot better what would be a good cooling option? i was thinking about geting one of the corsair water cooling kits. ive used to be up on all this stuff but its been a wile THANKS FOR THE HELP!
 
You don't need aftermarket cooling for either one of them. You could use the stock cooler and be perfectly fine.

If you did want to add a cooler, you could look into a cheap budget cooler such as the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. But again, it's not needed.
