How much overclock should i do with this cooler?

I got the Cooler Master Seidon 120V at my local micro center and i was wondering if i could over clock my AMD FX 6300 currently running at 3.5 GHz could i OC at 4.0 or 4.5 GHz?

The experience with this chip points to an OC of 4.4 to 4.5 GHz should be achieved with an air cooler.
