I want to get the I5 3570K, but in Russia i can't find any good aftermarket cooler its all the shitty ones, much worse than the stock cooler (costs like 5$), so how much overclocked GHz will a stock cooler for I5 3570k?

If you can't get anything better than a stock cooler then don't bother with the 3570K. Pickup a locked CPU and you can overclock those to the same an 3570K on stock cooling. It is only worthwhile to pickup a unlocked chip if you can realistically clock over 4GHz

An i5-3350P will be able to be overclocked a little with the stock cooler. There is no reason to buy the K model if you are using the stock cooler. Overclocking on locked processors can be achieved by raising the BCLK or FSB.

The stock coolers are horrendous, they're barely even adequte for stock settings, and in some cases NOT even adequate for stock settings. (I'm looking at you old amd cooler) and the new intel ones are no exception. They are complete and utter rubbish. Even a cheap 15$ cooler like an alpine 64 or tx3 will be in a whole new league.
