MSI MEG x570 Gaming Plus
Ryzen 7 3700x
Gigabyte 16GB 2666MHz
Gigabyte RTX 2060 Super Gaming OC
TeamGroup GX2 1TB

I heard that AMD cpus greatly benefit from RAM speed, for reference I use my PC mainly for gaming and Photoshop + Illustrator, so is it worth upgrading to 3200MHz and will it give a decent boost in performance especially in gaming?

Solution
Not a lot but since everything else in your system is good I do recommend going for it.
You can expect an increase of 2-5% depending on the title.
Going from 2133 to 2666 has a huge impact but going from 2666 to 3200 doesn't have as big of an impact, still worth the upgrade since your system itself is pretty good.
Not sure if you didn't mention your SSD but if you don't have it then I also recommend getting an SSD and putting your OS on it.

If so, then I will just wait for a good deal, also I did mention my SSD, it's TeamGroup GX2, I used to have an NVMe but for some reason it stopped working, and when I installed Windows on a normal SSD as a backup plan I didn't feel a downgrade so I kept it
