How much power do I need? How much will I be able to OC?

About how many watts will I need for the following setup:

E6400
PCI sound card
Asus P5N-E SLi
2*7600GS 256MB PCI-E (not in SLi)
DVD RW drive
G.SKILL 2GB DDR2-800
Seagate Barracuda 250GB SATA2 7200.10

Also, up to about what clock speed do you think this setup coud be OC'ed? (on stock cooling...+2 other fans in case).

set your voltage 1.45-1.5 with a good cooler your desk top usually show 1.4-1.42

you can get 3.2ghz range is 3-3.5ghz
