I managed to update the monitor drivers by going back to my old GPU reintaling the drivers for AMD and so on. found the monitor and did as you told me but i have to reistall the nvidia drivers and GPU but im to tierd for that and ill test is tumorow, anyway thank you for trying to help. Much appreciated
The motherboard doesn't require enough power to cause issues like that and you are not the only one having that issue after installing NVidia drivers. What is the monitor's native resolution? Does it display a message before going into sleep mode? If the monitor is detected as a Generic PnP Monitor in Device Manager, install the drivers and then NVidia may be able to detect it properly.

Native resolution is 1920-1080
it displayes : "Power save mode" and turns off
it is a generic one but install what drivers? nvidias drivers are already installed

Geforce recommends at least a 300w PSU for the 750 Ti, not much at all as it's a relatively low-powered card.

If you want to know more exactly how much wattage your system consumes in total, use this calculator if you have a fairly good knowledge of your system's main components: http://powersupplycalculator.net/

The drivers for your monitor.

I found the drivers but i dont know how to install them (btw my monitor isnt show in the device manager at all)

Extract the files and right-click the .inf file; if that doesn't work then do it from Device Manager. I've never seen a Windows version that doesn't display Monitor in Device Manager; expand it and you'll see what monitor was detected. You could install new drivers from there by right-clicking the detected monitor, Update Driver Software, Browse my computer for driver software, find the folder where the drivers were extracted, etc.

the .inf file opens a notepad and doesnt do anything, like i said there is no monitor in the device manager
EDIT: right-click does have a insatll option but when i click it is said the file doest support that sort of instlalation
