how much power is my pc using?

I am using my pc to download something , so i have to put it in ideal mode , i am using power saving mode and my screen turns off after 1 min

my pc specs are here

CPU intel pentium dual core e5400 2.7 Ghz

2 gb ram

300 gb samsung harddisk

250 v psu

and intergrated gpu - intel G41 Express chipset

and my cpu fan runs around 1400 rpm

how much power is my pc consuming , cause it runs all day and i dont want leavy electric billing.

my psu is kind of a crappy manufature , is it giving my pc power as much needed ,
or it is giving straight 250v.

I think maybe your confusing volts with watts.

Even if it is a crappy maker your system is only going to draw as much power as it needs.

I already built myself a average pc
my pc spec

AMD FX 6300 stock
Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0
SAPPHIRE R9 270X DUAL-X
4 GB SNIPER RAM

Its benn 4 months , and its working fine since then , i am just using my old pc to download.

i have one question for u mate ,
i want to upgrade my ram
i took my 4 gb ram from this site

yeah , but my system still cant run games beyond 60 frames on 720p , i think adding 8 gm ram will sort that out
